O Arglwydd nef a daear

O Arglwydd nef a daear,
  Ymgeledd teulu'r llawr,
Tywynned haul dy fendith
  I'th blant sydd yma nawr;
Dy sêl rho i'w haddewid
  A'u haddunedau gwir
A gwyn holl daith eu bywyd
  Yn ffordd i'r nefol dir.

Dan wenau dy ragluniaeth
  Gad iddynt fwy'n gytûn
A chaffael diogelwch
  Yn d'ymyl di dy hun;
Amddiffyn hwy a'u cartref,
  Boed Iesu yn y lle;
Pan ballo gorau'r ddaear
  Na pheidied gorau'r ne'.

Ti roddwr trugareddau,
  O gwrando arnom ni,
Boed serch y
    ddau a unir
  Yn demel bur i ti;
Bydd yn gydymaith iddynt
  a'th Ysbryd yn fwynhad
Nes troi gobeithion amser
  Yn gân yn nhŷ ein Tad.

O Lord of heaven and earth,
  Help of the family here below,
May the sun of thy blessing shine
  For thy children who are here now;
Give thy seal to their promise
  And their true adornments
And make the whole journey of their life
  A road to the heavenly land.

Under the smiles of providence
  Let them be evermore in agreement
And grasp safety
  In thy own side;
Defend them and their home,
  May Jesus be in the place;
When the best of earth fades
  May the best of heaven not fade.

Thou giver of mercies,
  O listen to us,
May the affection of the two
    to be united be
  A pure temple for thee;
Be a companion to them
  and thy Spirit an enjoyment
Until the hopes of time turn
  Into a song in our Father's house.
